Landscape Planning Limited was retained by the City of Vaughan to complete consulting services from conceptual design through to contract administration including public consultation. Block 40 District Park is a 5.7 hectare recreational site located in the heart of the City of Vaughan. The project program includes natural, lit senior soccer field, lit tennis courts, basketball court, natural, irrigated, lit senior softball diamond, water play precinct, accessible junior and senior playgrounds, shade shelter, 200m2 fieldhouse including washrooms, change rooms, storage rooms as well as skateboard zone, shade shelter, parking lot and accessible walkway connections.
