Landscape Planning Limited was retained in 2016 to undertake a landscape master plan update, design development, construction documentation and contract administration for the St. Thomas Outdoor Recreation Complex. The complex is approximately 113 acres of irregular shaped industrial/agricultural lands and includes the following amenities: 3500 sq.ft. fieldhouse building (male/female washrooms, male/female change rooms, concession booth, office space and mechanical/electrical room), renovated building and parks maintenance yard, senior and junior accessible playgrounds, ‘flow through’ splash pad, custom gazebo structure, sport court, CFL football field, thirty nine (39) soccer fields (irrigated) of various sizes, five (5) parking lots, realigned stream, SWM pond, pedestrian bridge, internal park road, open bottom box culvert and site servicing (storm, sanitary, electrical & mechanical) and Low Impact Developments (L.I.D.) features.
