Landscape Planning was instrumental in preparing the overall site plan for this 7 building development parcel. Grading design was of particular importance in addressing the topographical grade changes unique to this site. The combination of armourstone planter terraces with a palette of plant material to provide seasonal colours & textures, accentuate and provide visual emphasis for the first phase office complex. Integrated with planter terraces are staircases to encourage pedestrian access from street level.
