Landscape Planning Limited was retained to undertake the design, construction documentation, obtain all necessary permits and provide contract administration services for Central tech. Additionally, Landscape Planning Limited coordinated the topographic/Legal survey, geotechnical investigations, subsurface utility locates, and tree preservation assessment. Landscape Planning Limited acted as the lead of the multidisciplinary team that included the Air supported dome manufacturing, civil engineer, structural engineer, mechanical & electrical engineer and architect. The project involved the construction of a synthetic turf field within a 400m rubberized track, a custom LED scoreboard, bleachers, lighting as well as full site servicing (storm, sanitary, electrical, water). This facility’s internal layout can accommodate one (1) football field / one (1) senior soccer field / two (2) mini soccer fields providing ultimate flexibility for permit holders. Additionally, this field was constructed to allow for winter use in an air dome.
